Mission
Statement
The mission of Robert Toland Consulting, established in 2000, is to "provide a full range of planning and zoning services to communities that will benefit from a close working relationship and a very high level of service". It is our goal to apply the experience gained from thirty years of community planning to enhance the quality of life in the communities that we serve.
Robert Toland Consulting has been involved with numerous local governments in the development of Comprehensive Master Plans and associated planning research. RTC is uniquely qualified to provide the full range of professional planning and zoning services and is available to commit the time needed to see any project through.
Expertise
Areas of expertise include master plans, downtown plans, recreation plans and related development regulations. We have helped many communities with zoning ordinance revisions, amendments and updates. We have assisted with review of development applications and have provided site-planning services for private development projects. We have participated in the development and presentation of site plans and documents for a wide variety of developments.
