"Bob Toland has worked for the Village of Baldwin since 1985 as a
trouble shooter and since 1998, as the Village and DDA's regular
consultant. From 2000 to date he has also been the Zoning Administrator
and Village Planner.
What it took to have Baldwin move forward was someone with the know how
to "get things done". Bob it that person. He has helped us navigate the
waters of an Economic Development Strategy, Downtown Streetscape and
Sidewalk Construction Projects, consistent Zoning Ordinances, overview
of city wide improvements and many successful grants. His expertise sees
to it that we complete all necessary forms, meet all necessary deadlines
and publish all necessary meetings and projects...he sees to it that we
are "legal".
Bob keeps the different arms of government in coordination with each
other. As Chairperson of the Baldwin DDA, he keeps me on track. I
