My name is Douglas Bolles and I am the President of the Village of Baldwin. I have had the pleasure of working with Robert Toland for the past two and one half years. Mr. Toland has been a very "VALUABLE ASSET" to us in the village, with his vast knowledge and guidance with both zoning administration and our planning commission as well as our Downtown Development Authority (DDA). He has helped us develop many projects and has seen them through to completion.

I have had the privilege of working with
Robert Toland Consulting in the past through the Village of Lakewood
Club. Mr. Toland was contracted by the Village of Lakewood Club
Council to guide the Village Parks and Recreation Committee in putting
together our Parks and Recreation Plan. Mr. Toland guided us
through each step and when finished he put us in contact with someone
who could help us secure grants for our park projects. We are so
excited to have our first phase of the plan in its final stages of being
finished. Speaking on behalf of the Village of Lakewood Club
Council we would not hesitate to call Mr. Toland for any future
projects.

part of 7 years. His consulting has been a very positive asset to our
village planning commission, and the development of our community. His
knowledge and guidance has played a major role in the improvements and
